2020 is definitely not the best year for travelers. After rounding up your friends, finally deciding when and where to go, and grabbing that elusive promo fare, suddenly you had no choice but to cancel plans thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. So as soon as this is all over, everyone's probably going to want to hit the reset button, rebooking their flights (or getting new ones), and going all out on that vacation as if you haven't been out of the house for the longest time (oh yeah, that's true). On their website, Cebu Pacific announced a seat sale for flights from October 31 to January 31, 2021—but a quick look on their app shows that discounted fares are available all the way until March 31. The sale is until May 14.

One-way base fare is as low as P99 for flights from Manila to Iloilo; from Clark to Bacolod, Boracay, Davao, Iloilo, or Puerto Princesa; and other routes. Flights from Manila to Bacolod, Bohol, Boracay (Caticlan), Butuan, Cagayan De Oro, Cauayan (Isabela), Cebu, Coron (Busuanga), Cotabato, Davao, Dipolog, Dumaguete, General Santos, Kalibo, Legazpi, Masbate, Naga, Ozamiz, Pagadian, Puerto Princesa, Romblon (Tablas), Roxas, San Jose (Mindoro), Siargao, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Virac, or Zamboanga—on the other hand—go as low as P299 (one-way base fare).

CEB Flexi, a new feature launched in October 2019, is also available for free when you book until September 30. This add-on allows you to rebook your flight to a different date (but still the same route) without penalties. You can do this up to two times, and all you have to pay is the fare difference.
Cebu Pacific has already rolled out stricter guidelines and sanitation protocols for when commercial passenger operations resume following quarantine restrictions. Safety starts as soon as you get to the airport. Ground staff will be required to wear PPEs; self-check-in kiosks, bag drop counters, and shuttle buses will be cleaned frequently; and hand sanitizers will be placed in passenger areas. Self-service check-in and no-touch boarding will be the new norm. Other aircraft cleaning measures will also be implemented.
