ICYMI, Angelica Panganiban recently tied the knot with her non-showbiz partner Gregg Homan. The couple welcomed the New Year as newlyweds (their wedding took place on December 31st!), and we're excited to find out where Mr. and Mrs. Homan will be spending their honeymoon.
The longtime couple chose to spend their "Babymoon" by the beach, which is fitting when you realize where they first met—Subic! ICYDK, Gregg is the CEO of Bay Marine Subic, and his family also owns a dive resort there. In one of Angelica's vlogs, they spent their first Christmas holiday as a family of three at the Homans' Subic resort called Mangrove Resort Hotel.

What is Mangrove Resort Hotel?
Described as "Subic Bay's pocket of paradise," guests at the Mangrove Resort Hotel are encouraged to "bask in endless comfort, live in the sunshine, [and] swim in the sea [because] time here moves from tide to tide." Located at Baloy Long Beach Rd, Olongapo, Zambales, the boutique hotel was built in 2014 and is "nestled in luxury and the natural beauty of Subic Bay."

Editor's Note: According to their website FAQs the boutique hotel is situated on a seaside cliff, so most rooms can only be accessed through the use of stairs.
What are the amenities and activities available in Mangrove Resort Hotel?
The Mangrove Resort Hotel provides al fresco or room service from 6AM-8PM daily, so satisfy your appetite whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or merienda you're craving. You can also reserve a table by the pool or Waterfront Restaurant to watch the golden hour sunset!

According to their website, the Standard King is the most affordable room at the Mangrove Resort Hotel (as of June 2023). At P3,100 it sleeps two per night in one King bed. The most expensive accomodation is the Mangrove Suite, which will cost you P12,850 for 1 King bed.
