The expansive property sits on an area of 10k sqm and is located in the middle of the mountain (around two kilometers from the town proper). If you desire a secluded location that's close to nature, then this is your best bet. There's a private parking space available, too.
Woodgrain Villas I offers a scenic view of Mt. Banahaw straight from your bedroom — since it sleeps up to six guests, it's perfect for a group of friends or a small family to get away from the busy city life. While you have the option of disconnecting from everything, guests also have access to fast wifi.
Take a dip in the (non-heated) jacuzzi-size pool and enjoy the fresh air while taking in the panoramic view. If you feel like sleeping under the stars, you can pitch a tent in the garden; make it a fun game and see who can identify the most constellations!
Although there is no corkage fee, Woodgrain Villas I doesn't have a dirty kitchen facility (yet!), so you may bring food or ask the caretaker to buy goods for you during your stay. You can avail of onsite cooking services (frying, cooking rice, and grilling) for P300 for an overnight stay. It'll cost you an additional P100 for pabili service in the town proper, and according to the Airbnb listing "the amount goes directly to the locals." If you've run out of snacks, the caretakers also have a mini sari-sari store!
Note: Since Woodgrain Villas is located in a rainforest area, the weather can be unpredictable. Guests are encouraged to apply insect repellant and wear a jacket, especially at night.
