With Metro Manila on lockdown over the COVID-19 threat, Globe Telecom is extending a helping hand to subscribers by giving them a 30-day bill payment extension.
In a Facebook post, Globe Telecom announced that the 30-day bill payment extension (from the due date of your bill) is applicable to all Globe Postpaid subscribers (mobile and broadband), as well as business and enterprise customers nationwide.
The telco also said in its announcement that customers may download and use the GlobeOne app and Globe At Home app to track data usage, subscribe to promos, and pay their bill.
Recently, Globe Telecom also announced that healthcare frontliners, as well as patients and their loved ones can enjoy free and unlimited internet access through Globe’s GoWiFi services at select Metro Manila hospitals until April 15, 2020.
