Philippine Miss Universe 2017 bet Rachel Peters failed to make it to the Top 5 at the 66th Miss Universe competition.

The pageant, hosted by recurring presenter Steve Harvey, was held at the AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada.
