Sex? Totally normal. Couples do it all the time—because, well, why not? But here's the twist: recording the action with your S.O.? Aubrey Miles says it's something we should all try at least once.
Yes, you read that right. The 42-year-old recommends that couples take a video of their intimate moments—in other words: film that sex video, not just once, but as much as you can. It's not because you have to upload it on the web, or anything like that. It's entirely for you and your partner's eyes only.
Aubrey says it is a good reference when you want to know what you have to improve when it comes to making love. "Alam niyo kasi, also for the girls, para they see their look, they see what the guys like," she noted in a January 20 interview published by PEP.
For her, it's quite important to know that she has a good angle when getting into that steamy action with her husband, Troy Montero—who, by the way, is totally okay with them filming everything. "I want to see, 'Ay, ganito pala 'yung reaction niya.' 'Ay, ganito pala yung look ko.' 'Ay, ganito pala itsura ng katawan ko.' 'I need to stomach in more.' 'Masyado palang ano yung tiyan ko, yung puwet ko,' ganyan. Ganun ako lagi."
Aubrey compares filming it to when an actress reviews her scenes. It gives way for her to know what else needs to be done to provide a better view and experience for her husband. "Oo, tsaka kailangan maganda pa rin 'yung angle ko, parang nasa movie. Parang acting. You see your acting, di ba?"
But it's not always about the serious things about sex. More than that, Aubrey was open enough to share that she likes seeing her husband's reaction as they make moves in bed. "At saka yung makita 'yung reaction niya, 'yun 'yung the best, eh. Akala mo ikaw, okay na okay ka. Pero 'yun pala, hindi ganun yung reaction niya. Iba pala," she said.

It didn't seem like a big deal for Aubrey and Troy to discuss the topic, as they have been together for 22 years. They were comfortable enough to share that, yes, their videos add excitement to their relationship.
"We video each other and then kapag nabo-bored siya, isi-send ko sa kanya sa kuwarto tapos nasa baba ako. Para naman may excitement," Aubrey illustrated.
It took Aubrey and Troy 18 years before they finally tied the knot. In a 2023 interview, Troy admitted that he once didn't believe in marriage. He had stayed loyal to Aubrey for years, and he knew that she was the one from the very start of the beginning—hence, he didn't see the need to get married after everything.
But as their relationship went on and got stronger, they were also blessed with three beautiful children. The couple disclosed that when they decided to officially get married, it was because of their kids.
