We. Love. Weddings. Period. And this year has been a year of *spectacular* weddings, FR. We've witnessed a lot of marriage ceremonies that surely made us believe in love all over again.
Below, let's look back at all the wonderful weddings that we've *virtually* attended and loved to their core!
Here are all the celebrity weddings we've witnessed this 2023:
1. Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In
From being golf buddies to building their family together, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In did it all with love. They tied the knot in April 2023 and are now expecting their firstborn!
Seung GI shared a handwritten letter on his Instagram account dated February 7, 2023, which was translated in a report by Soompi.
"Now that I have someone to take responsibility of forever, I wanted to happily relay this news to you directly. She is someone with a lot of warmth and love, and she is someone I want to keep by my side forever," he wrote in his letter.
2. Alodia Gosiengfiao and Christopher Quimbo
Even at her wedding, Alodia Gosiengfiao is one *extra* bride! Her wedding with Christopher Quimbo made waves online because of its eccentric fairytale theme and of course, its anime elements! The two tied the knot on February 14, 2023, just less than a year after they announced their engagement.
Alodia looked *ethereal* in her Mak Tumang bridal gown that had details inspired by Game of Thrones. ICYDK, Alodia is a huge fan of the said TV series. She also revealed that she was born in the Year of the Dragon, hence the dragon details in her gown. She is one unconventional bride and we love it!

3. Pia Wurtzbach and Jeremy Jauncey
It was a *super secret* wedding between Pia Wurtzbach and Jeremy Jauncey with only just three guests attending it. They tied the knot at a private island called North Island in Seychelles. Pia looked ethereal in her wedding gown. And by the way, she was her own glam team during her once-in-a-lifetime moment!
4. Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde
Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde's wedding might have been one of our favorite weddings of the year. There were a lot of unforgettable details!
First would be the date of their wedding. It was exactly a decade after Maine's viral *manifesting* tweet about Arjo saying, "arjo cutie" on July 28, 2013. They tied the knot on July 28, 2023.
Another detail we *love* is Maine and Arjo's ~*dreamy*~ prenup video which speaks volumes about their fun and carefree relationship. The short film will make you believe that true, healthy love exists.
Maine and Arjo requested their guests *not* to post IG stories or any photos about the wedding on the day itself. It was a way for them to enjoy the day just for themselves and their guests.

5. Maja Salvador and Rambo Nuñez
If we're talking about a grand wedding, Maja Salvador and Rambo Nuñez's wedding is the first to come to mind. Their Bali wedding was a dream come true for the couple. (Just a week after Maine's) Maja and Rambo tied the knot on July 31, 2023, in Bali, Indonesia.

It was a star-studded wedding. Celebs like Kathryn Bernardo, John Lloyd Cruz, Sarah Lahbati, and more attended the ceremony. By the way, they had a stylish, all-white welcome dinner the night before they exchanged vows.
Days after their Bali wedding, it was also revealed that they first got married in a civil wedding ceremony in February 2023. Now, they are expecting their firstborn!

6. Chris Evans and Alba Baptista
We surely did not know what to feel when we heard about Chris Evans finally marrying the love of his life, Alba Baptista. Well, it's quite a heartbreak to all fans of the heartthrob to see him finally tie the knot. But no doubt, it's still one of the happiest moments of 2023.
The couple did not only marry once, but twice! In September of this year, Chris and Alba had a *super secret* wedding where guests were even asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement or NDA! No phones were also allowed at their first wedding.
Their weddings were reportedly done in Boston, and then another in Portugal where Alba's family resides.
The Captain America star couldn't hide his happiness in a press interview. He called both their weddings "wonderful and beautiful." We're so happy for you, Chris!
7. Lovi Poe and Monty Blencowe
Lovi Poe and Monty Blencowe gave us one of the dreamiest weddings we've ever seen in the history of weddings. Lovi and Monty exchanged "I do's" on August 26, 2023, in a luxurious hunting cottage-turned-hotel in Berkshire, England!
It was the most romantic English wedding of all. Lovi walked down the aisle in a long-sleeved robe with lace detailing on the sleeves and décolletage to keep the morning chill away. We are absolutely obsessed with her bridal look!
Although it was an intimate garden wedding ceremony, some of Lovi's closest celebrity friends like Bela Padilla were present at the event.
8. Maxine Medina and Timmy Llana
Just months after their engagement in April 2023, beauty queen Maxine Medina and her longtime partner Timmy Llana tied the knot twice this year! The first one was in a private church wedding in Antipolo, and then a beach wedding in Palawan—both took place in October 2023.
Maxine wore a stunning Mark Bumgarner wedding gown that highlighted her slender figure. We're definitely head over heels for Maxine's wedding ensemble!
9. Lauren Reid and Harry Marquis
Lauren Reid is also off the market as she wedded her high school sweetheart, Harry Marquis. It was a super short engagement with only almost a month of preparation only!
They got engaged in September 2023 and married in October. Although the preparations were quick, their wedding went perfectly as expected.
The Filipino-Australian celebrity shared the happy news on Instagram. She described her wedding day as "the best day of my life and the happiest I've ever been." The photos tell that it was a simple yet beautiful wedding ceremony with only their dearest families.
10. LJ Reyes and Philip Evangelista
LJ Reyes and Philip Evangelista had the most fun wedding of all. The past few years have been rough for LJ, but she surely found her happiness and her forever with her now husband, Philip.
The two met in New York, after LJ together with her kids, Aki and Summer, decided to start anew following the painful breakup with Paolo Contis in 2021. It wasn't long before LJ surprised the Internet with her engagement news with a non-showbiz personality.

11. Janeena Chan and Morgan Say
Janeena Chan activated the holiday spirit for all her guests as she held a Christmas-themed wedding with her non-showbiz hubby Morgan Say.
Yup, from the floral arrangements up to the bouquet that she and her bridesmaids were holding, everything was so Christmas-y.
One thing to also note about their wedding was their sponsor list was *super* star-studded. They got Marian Rivera as their godmother.
12. Venus Raj and North Orillan
Indeed, their relationship was *worth the wait.* Venus Raj proudly shared the happy news of her much-awaited marriage to non-showbiz lover North Orillan. In an Instagram post, she expressed her happiness to finally marry the man of her dreams after being single for eight years.
13. Ella Pangilinan and Enrique Miranda
Ella Pangilinan and Enrique Miranda's December wedding was a complete stunner, you guys. Not just because of their star-studded guest list but because of how fun and wonderful everything was during their wedding!
Their wedding was held in Intramuros, Manila and it was a Filipino-themed affair. Ella wore a redesigned version of her mother, Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan's wedding dress. The designer, Rajo Laurel shared the intimate story behind her wedding gown.
Of course, among the other stars present at their wedding were Donny Pangilinan (Ella's brother) and his love team partner, Belle Mariano. They all looked breathtaking during Ella's once-in-a-lifetime moment!
14. Angelica Panganiban and Gregg Homan
On the last day of 2023, with the dates 12-31-23, Angelica Panganiban and Gregg Homan finally tied the knot! Their wedding was only attended by their closest friends and family, including Angelica's besties, Kim Chiu and Bela Padilla. Angelica was simply beautiful on her special day!
Angelica and Gregg first met in 2020, and later on became the happiest parents to their adorable daughter, Amila Sabine.
