Jennica Garcia didn't beat around the bush when asked about the status of her relationship with her estranged husband, Alwyn Uytingco.
In an interview with reporters, the actress shared the current status of their relationship.
"Definitely, we are already separated…" Jennica noted. "Mga three years na now. And we are working on the annulment."
The showbiz couple made headlines back in April 2021 when Jennica posted an open letter to parents amid breakup rumors. The month after, she confirmed that she and Alwyn had gone their separate ways. They have two daughters, eight-year-old Athena Mori and six-year-old Alexis Severina.

Despite their separation, Alwyn would, for a while, try to woo Jennica back. By October of that year, in fact, it seemed they would patch things up, even celebrating their 12th anniversary together in February 2022. Eventually, their marriage fell apart.
Netizens speculated that Jennica might be in a romantic relationship with her Dirty Linen co-star, Christian Bables, but Jennica has denied this, calling him one of her few friends in the entertainment business.

"Siguro talagang effective lang po yung pagkakasulat ng writers namin sa Dirty Linen pero yung love ko talaga kay Christian is the same way that I do love my brothers, yung ganyan talaga," Jennica told reporters.
