Despite the issues that hounded her and her estranged husband Victor Consunji (technically, they’re still married), former beauty queen and model Maggie Wilson believes everything will work out well in the end.
Maggie still believes in love and holds onto the hope that everything will fall into place. "I love, love. And one day, everything will fall into place," she says in a recent post on Instagram.
She says a new baby or marriage is not in her plans yet because she is waiting for the day all the conflicts get resolved.
"I will wait, no matter how long it takes. Even if it means I won't be able to have another child, then so be it," she declares.
Maggie said her perspective on parenthood has been shaped by a partner who values responsibility and the future of their children. "He always says he's not ready for children until he feels mature enough and resolves any lingering issues," she explains.
For Maggie, it's about more than just rushing into marriage or expanding her family. "I believe in resolving issues before bringing another child into this world. I refuse to consider getting married again until conflicts are settled. I won't settle until there is peace," she firmly asserts.
The well-being of her son, Connor, and her determination to shield him from further trauma will be the priority, she adds.
"No child should ever be brainwashed to fit someone else's motive or made to adjust because adults can't communicate and resolve their trauma and conflict," Maggie also said.
Ahead of Father's Day, Maggie also tells dads, "Teach your sons how to be compassionate, respectful, honest, accountable, and kind. Raise them to be good and someone they can be proud of.”
On Mother's Day, Maggie also penned a heartwarming message for her son, whom she hasn't seen for about a year.
