You guys, it's clear that romance is alive and well for Karylle and Yael Yuzon. The couple, who have been married for close to ten years now—is truly the epitome of *relationship goals*, and their adorable banter and positive vibes whenever together are solid proof!
In an episode of their recent podcast entitled K's Drama, the couple pulled back the curtain on their relationship, revealing some sweet details about their ~*low-key*~ marriage. One of the topics they talked about is their love language—where Karylle shared Yael's fondness for gift-giving and acts of service.

Karylle Reveals Husband Yael Yuzon's Love Language
Asked about the way he shows affection, Yael answered, "Making coffee for K. One morning coffee and one to-go coffee for that extra zing," adding that he's even particular about the coffee's intensity level.
He also shared that he likes buying shoes for his wife. "I also got her white sneakers. Di bagay sayo dirty sneakers. Sakin bagay dirty white sneakers kasi [I] look like [I'm] in a band," he joked. Karylle chimed in, "Your love language would be gift-giving. Food, sandwich making… and always has to have basketball references like he makes me Lebron James sandwiches."
Despite having a generous husband, Karylle shared her apprehensive thoughts about being spoiled with material gifts. "Gifts. You do love to shop for me and I really don't like that."
Yael explained, "She doesn't shop. Si K is no, very.. she doesn't like material; things, she likes time the most. Kasi time is the most expensive thing if you think about it."
He revealed that it's a common misconception about Karylle, whom everyone knows as someone who grew up with a silver spoon. "People have asked me before, like, ‘Hey, what it's like being with K? Does she like expensive bags, watches, and like Ferrari? Is she like a fancy lady?'"
But despite all the preconceived notions, Karylle is a simple girl and has struggles, too. She even opened up about her beauty insecurities in one interview. Growing up with curly hair, she revealed how it negatively affected her youth. She shared, "You don't realize it hurts pero parang it affected me siguro for a good how many years. Back then, I was really told not to wear my hair curly. So I never learned how to deal with it. Buti na lang hindi siya namatay. Buti na lang when Encantadia came along, they were so into it."
Aside from love languages, the couple also revealed cute details about their relationship, including who said I love you first. ICDYK—it's the lady who said it first! "It was when the sun was setting outside of Figaro. It was August 28, 2010," Yael fondly recalls. "First, you were on your phone, saying 'Meet ko muna yung boyfriend ko.' And I'm like, did she just say that? 'Cause we weren't together then yet, and it was like towards the end of conversation. And then she said I love you in French."
