ICYMI, Kapamilya stars had a much-awaited *reunion* at the Star Magical Christmas Ball 2022. It's the first gala ABS-CBN has hosted since the onset of the pandemic. Of course, the celebs dressed to impress, gracing the white carpet in their festive 'fits.
One of the couples who stole our hearts was none other than love team KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad.
Styled by Team Rain x Em, KD showed up in a dashing purple ensemble with a floral blazer by Maison Soriano.
Alexa, on the other hand, wore a dainty yellow tea-length dress with a green skirt detail by the same designer. She was styled by Patty Yap. So pretty!
It turns out, KDLex's coordinated outfits were inspired by two *classic* Filipino delicacies: Puto bumbong and bibingka.
"The puto bumbong to my bibingka, @kdestrada_," Alexa captioned her adorable pic with KD on IG Stories. "When I think of Christmas, I am always reminded of my two favorite Pinoy delicacies, Bibingka & Puto Bumbong. It feels like the holidays every time I see and eat it. It's my perfect pair!" Aww!
