Heart Evangelista never fails to look absolutely gorgeous at every SONA she’s attended so far, and today was not an exception. Fresh from the GMA Gala 2023 (where she also wore a stylish all-white couture frock by Schiaparelli), the multi-hyphenate wore a modern off-white terno jumpsuit by Filipino designer Ivar Aseron for the "Opening of Ceremonies of the Philippine Senate," as captioned in her Instagram post.
The bespoke creation showcases expert Filipino craftsmanship in the banig-style butterfly sleeves and upper bodice. For the rest of the ensemble, the designer made use of a semi-sheer fabric in a diagonal windowpane print.
Playing with different patterns and textures, stylist Iza Sim chose a statement pouch by London-based brand L'alingi. The Creme Taliya Feather Pouch is a luxurious satin micro bag trimmed with white ostrich feathers, and its gold-plated rounded handle is bedazzled with multiple crystal stones. The bag retails for £650 (approx. P45,627), and comes in several other colors: black, blush pink, forest green, powder blue, and neon pink.

Makeup artist Memay Francisco decided on a rosy pink monochromatic glam look, focusing on the blush and lips, while Heart's signature black winged liner and New Lounge lashes drew focus to her eyes. Hairstylist Bles Galvan paired the jumpsuit with a chic bob, allowing the actress' many diamond earrings (and accompanying rings!) to take center stage.
The fashionista wore another of her signature all-white ensembles to the actual ceremony, walking the red carpet in a Michael Leyva cutout column Filipiniana gown for her second look. The delicate creation is classy and timeless, and is embellished with pearls and crystals. For accessories, Heart chose a corresponding pearl bracelet and her rare Hermès Mini Kelly II in "Craie."
Memay also changed Heart's makeup to match this more traditional look: "Makeup is fresh and radiant with muted pink, soft, demi-matte lips."
