While February 14 may be a significant date for many couples (Happy Valentine's Day!), ICYDK it's also the birthday of Heart Evangelista. So to celebrate her special day, the multi-hyphenate invited her family and closest friends to Balesin Island Club, a day before her wedding vow renewals.

The actress wore a gorgeous Michael Leyva creation for her birthday photoshoot. Lensed by photographer Andrei Suleik, stylist Iza Sim chose a stunning strapless corset top gown. The top and skirt are covered in lace and embroidered flowers.
Makeup artist Albert Kurniawan gave Heart a dramatic cat eye which—when paired with her fabulous lash extensions and bold brows—created a more sultry vibe. A nude lip finished off the birthday shoot glam, and the fashionista credited hair stylists Ghil Sayo and Blesilda Galvan for her sleek high bun.
Diamond tassel earrings and bracelets brought *sparkle* to the look, especially when paired with her eye-catching new diamond ring—a birthday gift from her husband, senator Chiz Escudero!
"Make a wish on an eyelash, may all our dreams come true #39" Heart posted on Instagram. The caption contains lyrics from the song "Wish on an Eyelash, Pt. 2" by Mallrat and The Chainsmokers, which was used as the background music.
