ICYDK: Preview Ball 2024 is well underway—it's happening tonight, folks! But before the country's most fashionable gather in one room, the magazine released its annual Best Dressed List. This year, 10 celebrities, personalities, and content creators from different generations and with different styles made it to the prestigious list. Their ability to express themselves via fashion while still being able to uphold their individuality makes them deserving of their spot on the list!
Ahead, meet the 10 personalities who got a spot in the publication's highly anticipated list:
LIST: Preview's Best Dressed List Of 2024
1. SB19
Each member of SB19—Pablo, Stell, Josh, Ken, and Justin—all have varying individual styles, but they somehow manage to make everything look cohesive once they step out as a group. Calling themselves big fans of local Filipino fashion designers, the quintet always makes sure to highlight local artists by wearing them on stage—whether it's on the local stage or in front of the world.

2. Niana Guerrero
PSA: Everyone's favorite dancer is no longer a child—yup, we feel old! Having turned 18 this year, Niana has shown immense growth in her craft as well as in her style. "Playful, evolving, and unique" are the three words Niana used to describe herself, and they perfectly encapsulate who she is as a person. We're looking forward to seeing how else she'll transform in the years to come!

3. David Licauco
The difference between David and all the other heartthrobs of the past is his laidback style, which helps his charming boy-next-door image. Who else but David can make a simple combination of a polo shirt, trousers, and shoes look so damn good? His confidence and charisma also help, too, and we're excited to see more of him!

4. Janine Gutierrez
Janine is one of those people who can make anything look good. Dress the girl up in a pillow case and she'll somehow make it look high-fashion, which is why she's been the go-to girl of many fashion designers seeking to make their beautiful designs come to life.

5. Ces Drilon
Ces has been a fixture in our news programs for so long, but her on- and off-screen fashion sense is also one more thing she's known for. Not one to dress up in drab co-ords or frumpy dresses, the news anchor takes great pride in her maximalist style—one that she says she got from her mother.

6. Toff de Venecia
A politician like Toff is the last person you might expect to see on a best-dressed list, but the former representative of the fourth district of Pangasinan likes shaking things up. You might have seen his creative and modern interpretations of Filipiniana attire in the recent State of the Nation Address, where he worked with Randolf Clothing to highlight the main export of his hometown, bangus.

7. Matteo Guidicelli
According to Matteo, trends may come and go, but true style is forever. Despite the fast pace of show business and the fashion world, the actor and businessman has found his niche and what works for him. Clean lines and soft hues are all essential parts of the actor's fashion playbook.

8. Jason Dhakal
Before you hear their smooth and sultry vocals, Jason's fashion sense is the first thing you'll notice about them. "So it’s this person in the 2000s, let's say 2004. But they dress like they're from the '70s," is how the singer-songwriter describes their personal style. Not one to go with whatever's hot and trendy, Jason maintains the importance of developing and sticking with what works for you.

9. Xtina Superstar
Xtina is a veteran of the local nightlife scene, and aside from her music and DJ-ing skills, her style is one more thing that she's become known for. At CHURCH, the queer-centric party she co-organizes every month, Xtina transforms herself as a muse to many LGBTQIA+ fashion designers. And like other transwomen, she says that fashion and dressing up is an essential tool in self-expression.

10. Issa Pressman
Issa is a true artist in many forms, but according to her, the best avenue where she can truly express herself is through her own style. "I see fashion as paint and my body as the canvas. I just flow with it. Sometimes I don't really think too much about it. It's like creating lines and distortions and seeing beauty in that distortion," she noted. Mixed colors, contrasting silhouettes, and eccentric hues are all normal for Issa, but she stressed that what's truly important for her is staying genuine to her own style.
