Summer Runway Report: Go Preppy, Sporty, And Nautical

Pinoy fashion brand Kashieca offers young female professionals classic feminine pieces they can wear to work or play. But, the eye-catching collection they presented during Philippine Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2012 (together with sister brands Bench and Human--watch for their collections here soon!) had a preppy, sporty, and nautical twist for summer.

Kashieca's runway looks--which are now available in stores--are perfect for a sunset cruise, an afternoon stroll at the park or by the bay, or a dressy summer affair with colleagues. Kashieca’s muse, Bea Alonzo, opened the segment in a nautical-themed polo shirt, tennis skirt, and navy cardigan combo that college girls and working gals can cop.

The rest of the models likewise sashayed in work-appropriate preppy clothes and travel-friendly sporty pieces that all have a nautical touch, which was also seen in ultra glam floral dresses, polka-dot pajama pants, and LBDs.
