It's still early in 2025, but there might already be a new it-girl shoe brand takinf over—the sustainable shoe brand VIVAIA. They just opened its first pop-up shoe store at Level R2, Bridgeway Power Plant Mall on January 5. Cosmo had the opportunity to take a first look around and we immediately spotted some of their celebrity-approved pieces, including the ones Selena Gomez was spotted wearing.

Celebrity-approved sustainable shoe brand VIVAIA is now in Manila
Founded in the U.S.A. in 2020, the now-global brand dedicates itself to supporting everyday life with eco-friendly comfort and style. First embraced in the U.S., they're available across 61 countries and regions worldwide including Australia, Japan, and Singapore. The brand's growing list of partners now includes the Philippines.
Their high-quality and durable pieces make use of environment-friendly materials such as recycled plastic water bottles. The brand's production team also follows a low-waste process that reduces production waste by 30% in comparison to traditional footwear practices. Many of the shoes in the brand's arsenal are also machine washable, so you don't have to worry about them getting soiled easily because it's that convenient to clean them up!

Not all the styles found on VIVAIA's website are available in their pop-up store at the Power Plant Mall just yet. (You'll find them right by The Grid, btw!) But we spotted the exact piece worn by Selena Gomez, a pair that looks really similar to the one's owned by Park Min Young, and some bestsellers there, too.

The brand is so chic—not to mention comfy—Selena has not only one, but two (!) pairs from the brand. And if the Rare Beauty founder is one of your style icons, you'll be happy to know that one of the pairs she was seen wearing is available in the Manila pop-up store. Selena wore the VIVAIA Julie Pro round-toe chunky heels in beige and black and you can cop the exact pair for under P9,000.

Another go-to style inspo is South Korean actress Park Min Young. With her graceful and feminine fashion, the What's Wrong With Secretary Kim star was seen wearing the VIVAIA Leah Pro slingback sandals. While the exact pair is not yet available in the Philippine pop-up (fingers crossed that it will be soon!), a similar-looking model is up for grabs. The Addison Pointed-Toe Slingback sandals were seen on display and it's just as elegant.

What to shop from the first-ever VIVAIA pop-up store in the Philippines
If you're not that into heels, the VIVAIA pop-up store carries a lot of other options you could choose from. Whether they be sneakers, sandals, or their best-selling Square-Toed Margot Mary Jane flats. I got to try them on and they indeed feel like a pillow for your feet. They were so cushiony and soft and also featured support for your ankles, so you wouldn't have to worry about getting blisters (amen!). A pair retails for under P6,000.

A few bags were also seen on display at the pop-up store. They have work-friendly totes and small handbags ready for a night out with the girls—or busy errand runs on weekends.

VIVAIA's first-ever pop-up store in the Philippines is open from January 5 to March 31. The first 30 customers to purchase a pair on the opening day will also be given a free exclusive Dora bow accessory that they can add to their selected footwear. For those worried that the three-month pop-up is still too short of a time frame to go visit and buy a pair (or multiple ones), VIVAIA's first permanent store in the Philippines is yet to open at a later date.
