In days past, we've seen female icons free their nipples. Think Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston) from FRIENDS, who, as early as the '90s, has been rocking it with her classic 'fits and with no bras. As of late, we see none other than our very own President Nadine Lustre making a case for not wearing a bra because it's liberating—not to mention natural.
In a perfect world, women wouldn't have to wear bras, but we've still got a long way to go before we can normalize not wearing a bra. At the same time, others still need to wear bras for a slew of reasons, such as back support, among others.
So while we're still waiting for a society that doesn't fear a woman's nipples (because fr they're just a body part!), we should at least be comfortable enough to wear them. And these Redditors have just the recos for that.
Where to buy comfy bras, according to Reddit
1. Bench
If you want good quality and bang for your buck, Redditors think Bench bras are the way to go. Known for their casual clothing, Bench also has a brand called Bench Body, which features a line of men's and women's underwear. Each year for Bench Fashion Week, they also stage the biggest underwear show in the country, featuring some of the most famous names. That should speak for the comfort and quality of their products, shouldn't it?

2. Uniqlo
If you have a bit more budget to spend and want to invest in pieces that you can wear for a long time, Redditors swear by Uniqlo's seamless bras. One reply said she hasn't gone back to regular bras after she bought a Uniqlo seamless bra. For a brand that also centers on "life wear," it's not amiss to expect such quality from Uniqlo.

3. Sloggi
Another underwear brand whose philosophy focuses on movement is Sloggi. That said, the brand offers some of the most comfortable and fashionable bras for work, workouts, and everything in between. Now, it is on the pricier side, but for the quality and comfort it offers, it's worth it! A Redditor said she's had hers for two years now.

4. Gigi Amore
Gigi Amore is one brand that's favored because of its accessibility. Available in most department stores, buying a Gigi Amore bra is a canon event for the everyday Filipina. That's why it's not at all a surprise that Redditors would think of this brand when asked for recos.

5. Wacoal
A lingerie brand that's probably your mom's favorite (don't look at me, look at my mom) is Wacoal. For a brand tested by time, Wacoal continues to be a fan favorite due to its quality to this day. But don't think it only carries outdated styles, as they've made sure to keep up with the trends.

6. I'M IN XX
Made especially for Asians, I'M IN XX is another Redditor-approved brand. According to a reply, the bra she bought from the brand "feels like second skin." I mean, what else can we ask for in an everyday-wear bra?
