Actually, you might want to get a pointed pair of shoes, in general. The logic is pretty simple: pointed shoes make you look longer because it extends the length of your legs. Shoes that have a rounded toe just make you look cut off.
This is really something to consider if you're a tiny human (but this doesn't mean tall people should avoid this style altogether).
